MABS

Purpose

The MABS program is designed to provide training in biblical theology, church history, socio-religious realities, and ministerial skills to equip them as transformational leaders for the local churches in India fulfilling the great commission.

The vision is to see Christ-like transformational leaders who are able to think and act biblically, make disciples, mobilize, equip, and serve people in the marketplace and local churches for the mission of God.

Admission Requirements

  • Candidates must have completed 12 years of formal education or its equivalent. 
  • Candidates should hold a three-year B.Th. (ATA/SSC) or a university degree. 
  • Candidates who have earned a B.Th. degree from an unrecognised program must appear and effectively clear a qualifying examination comprised of three papers in Biblical Studies, Theology, and Christian Ministry. 
  •  In order to comprehend lectures, complete assignments, and take examinations, English language proficiency is required. 
  • The applicant must be a church member and present a letter of reference from the pastor. 
  • The applicant must be involved in ministry and have a witnessing life.

Purpose

The B.Th program is an external, foundational-level degree program designed to introduce Biblical Theology, Church History, socio-religious realities, and ministerial skills to Christians that will lay a foundation for them to become transformational leaders for the Church in India to fulfil the great commission.

The vision is to see Christ-like emerging leaders who will begin to think and act biblically, make disciples of all people, mobilize, equip, and serve the local churches for the mission of God.

Admission Requirements

  • Any Christian living in India, regardless of denomination, who is fluent in English is eligible to register. 
  •  A sound knowledge of English and completion of the 12th standard or its equivalent, or the 10th standard plus two years of the Diploma in Theology (ATA), are required. 
  • A qualifying examination consisting of three papers in Biblical Studies, Theology, and Christian Ministry is required of applicants who have successfully completed an unrecognised D.Th program. They must present and pass this examination. 
  • Be ready to travel to the main campus twice a year for exams and to attend seminars. 
  • Each seminar will last six days and feature teaching in all required and elective classes. During the seminar days, students must live on campus and use the library extensively
